Farm management software for Central Asia and the Caucasus

Planva is farm management software offered to farms in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

It is two platforms, one for field crops and one for orchards, and your data sits on your own servers or in a cloud in your country when your contract needs it.

The three countries ask different things of a farm system, so each has its own page. Start from the crop that carries the most work on your farm. Then check where the data will sit and what the software does next to the state system you already use.

What each platform does

  • Field crops

Field register, crop rotation, agroplans with plan versus actual, machine tasks, telemetry with fuel level sensors, alarms and reports. Read more.

  • Orchards

The orchard down to the row, shift plans and work orders for crews, QR harvest labels, containers, the weighing station and sorting batches. Read more.

What Planva does not do

Planva does not connect to GosAgro.kz, the Agroportal or EKTIS, and it files nothing to them. Subsidy applications and crop declarations stay in the state system. Planva is the farm's own working record of fields, plans and machinery.

Where your data sits

You choose before onboarding. On your own servers, Planva runs on a perpetual licence. By subscription, Planva hosts it in a cloud in your country when your contract needs it. The location goes into the contract, and farm data location lists what to agree.

Pilot, pricing and support

A pilot runs for 2 to 4 weeks on your fields and machinery, and launch follows with training and support. Pricing depends on acreage, modules, deployment model and implementation scope, and is fixed in the proposal and contract. Agronomists are on the support team, 24/7, by email.

Who should not buy

Skip Planva if you farm a few hectares. It is sold as a contract with an implementation, and that is too much for a small holding. Skip it too if you need a vendor with an office or reference farms in your country. Planva has neither in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or Azerbaijan today.

Before you get in touch

Planva is offered in all three, as two platforms for field crops and orchards. Data sits on your own servers or in a cloud in your country when your contract needs it.

No. Those are state systems for subsidies and declarations. Planva is the farm's own working record and does not connect to them.

Yes, when your contract needs it. The other option is your own servers on a perpetual licence. The location is agreed before onboarding and written into the contract.

Use the demo form or write to help@planva.ru. A demo comes first, then a pilot of 2 to 4 weeks on your fields and machinery.

Pricing depends on acreage, modules, deployment model and implementation scope, and is fixed in the proposal and contract.

In a 30-minute demo we go through your fields, one agroplan and one machine task. Deployment and pricing get agreed before onboarding.
