Farm management software for Uzbekistan
Planva is farm management software for cotton-textile clusters, large farms and new intensive orchards in Uzbekistan.

It is two platforms: one keeps fields, agroplans and machinery, and the other runs the orchard down to the row.
If EOSDA Crop Monitoring or a similar tool is on your shortlist, ask what job you are buying for. Planva's job is the record of what was planned, who did the work and what came off the field or the row. Some farms need both kinds of tool.

Field groups
Field catalogues and groups keep a cluster's fields sorted by farm or district.
Crops
Planva has no cotton module. Cotton, wheat and vegetables are entries in your own crop catalogue, with variety, sowing and harvest dates and yield by season.
Agroplans
Plans as a list, a map or a calendar, with seed, fertiliser and crop protection rates next to the actual figures.
Machinery
Machine tasks with driver, equipment and area, a map with tracks, and refills and drains from fuel level sensors.
Trackers
Planva reads GPS trackers that report over Wialon IPS or Wialon Retranslator. Send us your models and we will check them before the pilot.

New orchards on the orchard platform
Officials reported 572,600 ha of orchards and vineyards in May 2026, with 168,000 ha of new industrial orchards and vineyards planned. An orchard planted now can have every block and row recorded from its first season.
Structure
Orchard, plot, block and row, with row capacity in trees, posts, length and area.
Crews
Shift plans, work orders, QR badges, a checkpoint log and output norms by block and type of work.
Harvest
QR harvest labels and containers, then the weighing station, where net weight is split across the crew's workers. Sorting batches are recorded after that.
Orchard management software walks through each step.

The Agroportal
Under a decree of 12 August 2025, from the 2026 harvest farms choose their crops and post that information on the Agroportal. Planva does not connect to the Agroportal and does not post to it. It gives whoever does the posting one current list of what is planted where.

Where your data sits
Uzbekistan amended its personal data law in March 2026. Biometric and genetic data stay on servers in the country, along with the data of telecom users, and other personal data may go abroad under set conditions. Older guides still describe the stricter rule, so ask your lawyer what applies to your staff records.
Planva offers two placements: your own servers on a perpetual licence, or a cloud in Uzbekistan by subscription when your contract needs it. The location goes into the contract. Farm data location lists what to agree.
Pilot, pricing and support
A pilot runs for 2 to 4 weeks on your fields and machinery, and launch follows with training and support. Pricing depends on acreage, modules, deployment model and implementation scope, and is fixed in the proposal and contract. Agronomists are on the support team, 24/7, by email. To start, use the demo form or write to help@planva.ru. For the wider picture, see Planva in Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Who should not buy
Skip Planva if you run a household plot or a small family farm. It is sold as a contract with an implementation, and that is too much for a few hectares. Skip it if you want one system from the field through ginning and textiles, because Planva stops at the farm. Skip it too if you need a vendor with an office or reference farms in Uzbekistan. Planva has neither today.
Questions from clusters and orchards

Planva suits clusters and large farms that need fields, agroplans, machine tasks and telemetry in one record. It has no cotton module: cotton is a crop in your own catalogue.
Planva has a separate orchard platform that runs the work down to the row: shift plans, work orders, QR harvest labels, containers and weighing.
No. Planva does not post to the Agroportal. It is the farm's own working record, and your team does the posting in the state system.
Yes. You run it on your own servers on a perpetual licence, or Planva hosts it in a cloud in Uzbekistan by subscription when your contract needs it. The location goes into the contract.

In a 30-minute demo we go through your fields, one agroplan and one machine task. Deployment and pricing get agreed before onboarding.
