Contact requests
The contact form sends your name, email or phone number, and message to the Planva team so the team can answer. Farm name, hectares, current system and crops are optional.
If a request cannot be delivered, the browser keeps it on your device for retry. The site retries when it can connect, then removes the local copy after delivery. Clearing site data can remove an unsent request.
Website analytics
The site uses Yandex Metrika for analytics. It sets analytics cookies and records click maps, link activity, bounce accuracy and the referring page. We also count demo link clicks and confirmed contact deliveries. These goal events contain the site hostname and page path, without form contents or contact details. Ask for deletion
To ask what contact information Planva holds about you or request deletion, email help@planva.ru. Include the email address or phone number used in the request so the team can find it.
