What we use your data for
The Planva website does not collect personal data through forms. The contact form is switched off. If you email help@planva.ru, we use the name, contact details and message you send only to answer you and, if you ask, to arrange a demo. We send no newsletters.
Requests sent earlier through the website form stay stored for the purpose they were sent for. We delete any of them on request.
A request left unsent in your browser from an earlier visit is no longer sent. It stays on your device until you clear site data.
Legal basis
We answer emails on the basis of our legitimate interests in replying to you, or to take steps you ask for before a contract. Earlier form requests are kept on the same basis. Analytics cookies rely on your consent.
Analytics cookies
The site uses Yandex Metrica for analytics, and only after you accept. On your first visit a banner offers Accept and Decline. Until you accept, analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set.
After you accept, Yandex Metrica sets analytics cookies and records click maps, link activity, bounce accuracy and the referring page. We also count demo link clicks and clicks on the email link. These goal events contain the site hostname and page path, without the address or any message content. Session recording is off. See Yandex Metrica privacy information.
Your choice is stored in your browser. Change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If your browser blocks storage, analytics stays off.
Where enquiries are stored
The controller is established outside the European Union. Enquiries are stored on the controller's servers in the Russian Federation.
Who receives data
Emails and earlier requests are read by the Planva team, and we do not pass them to other companies. Analytics data goes to Yandex, the provider of Yandex Metrica, and only after you accept cookies.
How long we keep data
We keep an email or earlier request for as long as we need it to answer you and prepare the demo or offer you asked for, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics cookies stay on your device until they expire or you clear them.
Your rights
- What you can ask for. Access, rectification, erasure, objection and withdrawal of consent.
- Withdrawing consent. It stops future analytics and does not affect processing that happened before.

To ask what contact information Planva holds about you, or to use any right above, email help@planva.ru. Include the email address you wrote from, or used in an earlier request, so the team can find it.
Complaints
You can complain to a data-protection authority, for example in the country where you live or work.
