Farm management software for Azerbaijan

Planva is farm management software for orchards and field crops in Azerbaijan.

The orchard platform runs the work down to the row, and the field crops platform keeps the field register, agroplans and machinery.

If you grow for export, the useful record follows a block from the work order to the weighing station. Planva keeps that record. If Agcurate, which bought the Azerbaijani firm Dr. Agro, is on your shortlist, ask each vendor what it records as well as what it shows.

Hazelnuts and fruit on the orchard platform

Planva has no hazelnut module. A hazelnut orchard goes in the way any orchard does, as orchard, plot, block and row, and the harvest steps apply if your crop goes into labelled containers. The same holds for apples, stone fruit and grapes.

  • Rows

Created by hand, generated with spacing and numbering, or imported from a file.

  • Shift plans

A crew plan for a date: block, type of work, planned volume, norm per worker and number of workers.

  • Work orders

Generated from the shift plan and followed through to acceptance.

  • Harvest records

QR labels follow each container from the field to the weighing station, where net weight is split across the crew's workers.

Grain and cotton on the field crops platform

Wheat, barley and cotton are entries in your own crop catalogue, with variety, sowing and harvest dates and yield by season. Agroplans put planned rates next to the actual figures, and machine tasks tie the machine and the driver to the field and the plan. Planva reads GPS trackers that report over Wialon IPS or Wialon Retranslator, so send us your models and we will check them before the pilot.

If you run both

An agropark or a mixed company with orchards and arable land uses both platforms. They are separate, with their own screens and records, because a row and a field are different jobs. Tell us which one carries the most work and start the pilot there.

EKTIS

Farmers in Azerbaijan register their crops in EKTIS, the state agriculture information system. Planva does not connect to EKTIS and does not file to it. It is the farm's own working record, so your team can check crops and areas there first.

Where your data sits

You choose before onboarding: your own servers on a perpetual licence, or a cloud in Azerbaijan by subscription when your contract needs it. The location goes into the contract. Ask your lawyer which rules apply to your staff records, and read farm data location for what to agree.

Pilot, pricing and support

A pilot runs for 2 to 4 weeks on your fields and machinery, and launch follows with training and support. Pricing depends on acreage, modules, deployment model and implementation scope, and is fixed in the proposal and contract. Agronomists are on the support team, 24/7, by email. To start, use the demo form or write to help@planva.ru. For the wider picture, see Planva in Central Asia and the Caucasus.

Who should not buy

Skip Planva if you farm a few hectares. It is sold as a contract with an implementation, and that is too much for a small holding. Skip it if all you need is help filing in EKTIS. Skip it too if you need a vendor with an office or reference farms in Azerbaijan. Planva has neither today.

Questions from orchards and farms

Planva has a separate orchard platform that runs the work down to the row: shift plans, work orders, QR harvest labels, containers and weighing. Grain and cotton go on its field crops platform.

Planva has no hazelnut module. It records any orchard as orchard, plot, block and row, and the harvest steps fit if your crop goes into labelled containers. Ask us to walk through your harvest before the pilot.

No. Planva does not file to EKTIS. It is the farm's own working record, and declarations stay in the state system.

Yes. You run it on your own servers on a perpetual licence, or Planva hosts it in a cloud in Azerbaijan by subscription when your contract needs it. The location goes into the contract.

Show us one of your fields

In a 30-minute demo we go through your fields, one agroplan and one machine task. Deployment and pricing get agreed before onboarding.
