Farm management software for Kazakhstan
Planva is farm management software for grain and oilseed farms in Kazakhstan.

It keeps the field register, crop rotation, agroplans, machine tasks and telemetry on the same fields, on your own servers or in a cloud in Kazakhstan when your contract needs it.
On a large grain farm the hard question is rarely where a field is. It is which machine worked it, against which plan, and how much of the plan got done. If Cropwise or Egistic is on your shortlist, put that question to each vendor for one real field from last season.
What a large grain farm gets
One field list
Field catalogues and groups, boundaries, areas and cadastral numbers, with import from Shapefile and KML.
Rotation by season
Crop, variety, sowing and harvest dates and yield for each field. Wheat, barley, flax and sunflower are entries in your own crop catalogue.
Agroplans
Work plans as a list, a map or a calendar, with seed, fertiliser and crop protection rates next to the actual figures.
Machine tasks
Machine, driver, equipment, fields and the linked agroplan in one task, with full, net and confirmed area.
Reports
Dispatcher reconciliation between machine tasks and agro-operations, an agronomist report by season, and a driver report by RFID interval.

Machinery and the trackers you already run
Planva reads GPS trackers that report over Wialon IPS or Wialon Retranslator. If your fleet already sends data that way, send us your tracker models and we will check them before the pilot.
The machinery map shows tracks, plus refills and drains from fuel level sensors, and RFID identifies the operator. Five alarm rules cover lost connection, speeding, work outside the field, task not started and behind plan. When the far fields are a long drive from the office, that is where a dispatcher sees it. Machinery tracking has the detail.

Where your data sits
Article 12 of Kazakhstan's personal data law says personal data is stored in a database located in the country. A farm system holds the names of drivers and other staff, so settle the placement before you sign, and ask your lawyer how the rule applies to you.
Planva offers two placements: your own servers on a perpetual licence, or a cloud in Kazakhstan by subscription when your contract needs it. The location goes into the contract. Farm data location lists what to agree.

GosAgro.kz and subsidies
Planva does not connect to GosAgro.kz or Qoldau, and it does not file subsidy applications. Those stay in the state system. Planva is the farm's own working record, where your team can check fields, areas and crops by season before it files.
Pilot, pricing and support
A pilot runs for 2 to 4 weeks on your fields and machinery, and launch follows with training and support. Pricing depends on acreage, modules, deployment model and implementation scope, and is fixed in the proposal and contract. Agronomists are on the support team, 24/7, by email. To start, use the demo form or write to help@planva.ru.

Who should not buy
Skip Planva if you only want imagery for a few fields. Much of the value sits in machine tasks and telemetry, so a farm with no trackers and no plan to fit them will use a fraction of it. Skip it too if you need a vendor with an office or reference farms in Kazakhstan. Planva has neither today.
Questions from grain farms

Planva suits grain and oilseed farms that need the field register, agroplans, machine tasks and telemetry in one record. It runs on your own servers or in a cloud in Kazakhstan when your contract needs it.
Yes. You run it on your own servers on a perpetual licence, or Planva hosts it in a cloud in Kazakhstan by subscription when your contract needs it. The location goes into the contract.

No. Planva does not connect to GosAgro.kz or Qoldau. It is the farm's own working record, and applications stay in the state system.

Show us one of your fields
In a 30-minute demo we go through your fields, one agroplan and one machine task. Deployment and pricing get agreed before onboarding.
Support works 24/7
