The scout records geotagged photos, crop stage, visible stress, pests or disease, soil condition, and the action needed. That ground note then closes the alert or turns it into a field task.
How often to review the queue
Review after each usable image, and after weather or field work changes the context. During fast crop development the team can check the ranked list each morning. That does not mean a new clear image arrives every morning.
How to know it is working
Track the share of alerts that scouts confirm, the time from signal to inspection, and hectares walked per confirmed issue. The goal is fewer wasted hectares without missing material problems.
