Cropwise has several products and regional offers. This page refers to Cropwise Operations, not every application carrying the Cropwise name. Sources below were checked on September 8, 2026; regional documentation does not establish availability or terms in every country.
What the vendors’ pages say

Anything beyond these statements, such as cost, availability in your country or data location, has to come from the vendor in writing.
Test any platform with your own records
Bring one field boundary, one completed inspection report and one operation record to each demo. Ask the team to reproduce them. Check whether the people who assign work and the people who carry it out can finish their part without copying information between tools.
- Field records. Load a real boundary, open its crop history and check that the area and name match your own records.
- Reporting. Recreate the report your buyer, adviser or manager actually requests. Do not assume a lender requires a particular product merely because that vendor serves banks.
- Data location. Ask in writing where field data is stored and whether you can choose in-country hosting or your own servers.
- Data handover. Agree which boundaries, records and attachments can be exported from the current account, and in which formats.
Where Planva fits the checklist
Planva keeps the field register, crop rotation, agroplans and machine tasks together, and can be deployed in-country or on your own servers. Pricing depends on acreage, modules, deployment model and implementation scope, and is fixed in the proposal and contract. The move-from-another-platform checklist lists the acceptance checks.
Who should not buy
Stay with your current system if it already meets the requirements and a trial does not demonstrate a practical improvement. A missing report is a reason to delay the move.
