Cropwise Operations is the current name for Cropio. ExactFarming is a separate CIS farm product. They are not interchangeable because a feature list looks similar. Start with the workflow you cannot break.

When to stay on Cropwise Operations
Stay when chemistry, approvals, and reporting already depend on the Syngenta workflow. Swapping that out to fix hosting or a contract can create a larger problem than it removes.
When to stay on ExactFarming
Stay when a lender, insurer, or other required participant expects the farm to work there. Changing only the farm desk is useless if it breaks someone else.
When leaving either system fits
Consider Planva when we handle the migration, data stays in-country or on-prem, and the price is quoted per hectare on your farm. The export, check, and cutover live on how the move from Cropwise works.
Who should not buy
Do not buy Planva if the farm must stay inside a Syngenta workflow or a lender-mandated ExactFarming process. Do not use this page to pick a satellite product. That is not the difference we are willing to defend here.
