How the move works

1. We review your current Cropwise data and agree on the fields, seasons, machinery, and history to transfer.
2. The Planva team imports and checks the data.
3. Your agronomists review fields, tasks, and operation history together with a named Planva agronomist.
4. Your team starts scouting and planning in Planva while the season continues.

A typical move takes one day. A migration covering 30,000 hectares or more may take up to a week, depending on the data and how the operation is structured.

Planva keeps field information in-country or on your own servers. Agronomists get field monitoring, weather, machinery, tasks, and offline mobile scouting in one working context — not another ministry-looking portal full of disconnected menus.

Who should not move from Cropwise

Stay on Cropwise if Syngenta chemistry, Syngenta workflows, or an existing Syngenta operating relationship is the spine of your farm process. Planva is not a reason to break a working relationship.

Stay on ExactFarming if your bank, insurer, or a required reporting workflow already sits there and a second system would create more work than it removes.
